I need a information regarding RAM upgrade for my laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 320 15ikb). Now my laptop is running 8gb ram in dedicated slots That means Single 4Gb RAM in each slot (4gb+4gb=8gb total). I am thinking to upgrade my RAM into 16gb. Actually I need to know is it possible to use a single 16gb RAM for my laptop or otherways need to buy two 8gb RAMs. Pleas Help me to solve this

Welcome to the Community Forums.
16GB max / 2133MHz DDR4, dual-channel capable, optional 4GB memory soldered to systemboard, one DDR4 SO-DIMM so I think most likely you have 4GB soldered on-board and 4GB on the single available slot.
You can thus replace the 4GB with 8GB ram for a total of 12GB (OEM recommended). The max 16 GB are for those systemboard that do not have soldered ram thus 16 GB is placed on the single ram slot.
It has not been verified yet if 16GB + 4 GB soldered ram works yet since this is not OEM tested nor any fellow community members have confirmed smooth functionality with 29 GB ram.
I hope this helps answer your query.
