I have Ideapad 320 - 15IKB (model 80XL033) and since it's only 8 GB RAM, I want to upgrade it to 16 GB by adding 8 GB RAM as it is expandble upto 16 GB but in the specification details it says it have 4 GB non-removable RAM so what should i do?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
16GB max capacity is for those without soldered ram on-board. Going beyond this on the single available slot (morethan 8GB for soldered ram boards) is not tested by OEM so it is user's decision.
If you review the highlighted discussions above, fellow members have smoothly upgraded their machines with 4GB soldered ram with 8GB added.
I hope this helps answer your query.

According to crcial website https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/scanview/3ACF0F6431D926C3 it says Maximum Memory: 20GB so what should I do? If I can only add 8 GB RAM then can I add different Manufacturer RAM like HyperX or Corsair

If Crucial can guarantee money back return perhaps you can take the challenge although the higher capacity would cost more. They do still have disclaimers for manufacturer specifications perhaps they have tested it for your model variant but again its non OEM.
OEM suggest Lenovo parts using the OEM part number but they do not restrict users to using different brands as long as the specifications are met.
