A newly bought Lenovo Ideapad 320 15IKB, was setup by Lenovo certified service center. Noticed late that the two finger click is not working, but other hand gestured are working.
Tried these multiple times but no luck:
1) Driver updated to latest, from device manager
2) Deleted and reinstalled the the Synaptics for this laptop with this "https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/300-series/320-15ikb/80xl/80xl03fyi...".
Thank you

Hi constant_ah!
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Do you have the option of two finger tap available in the Touchpad settings? Can you send us a screenshot of it?

Hi! Does the double finger scrolling works? Could you try these suggested steps from Microsoft: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-other_settings-winpc/two-finger-tap-rig.... You can locate the folders by following these:
1. Open Registry Editor (Windows + R, type regedit and hit Enter)
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Synaptics\SynTP\TouchPadPS2TM28xx
3. Change the value of 2FingerTapAction to 2
Update us how it goes.

Base on the picture you've sent, there is no folder for 'TouchPadPS2'. You need to create one by right clicking on the 'SynTP' folder and name it to 'TouchPadPS2'. Change value of TouchPadPS2 with '2' under DWORD 32 bit. Please refer to the sample picture below. Let us know how it goes.

Hi Jwes,
Its really weird but I got it to work. I did your suggestion but it didnt work, and I did some other advices I got online. I'll share the steps here.
1.) Created a 'DWORD 32 bit' under 'SynTP' and named it to 'TouchPadPS2'. Changed value to 2. Restarted nothing happened.
2.) Created a 'Key' under 'SynTP' and named it to 'TouchPadPS2'. Created a 'DWORD 32 bit', '2FingerTapAction'. Changed value to 2. Restarted nothing happened.
3.) Under 'SynTP'->'TouchPadPS2', created a 'DWORD 32 bit', 'MultiFingerTapFlags'. Changed value to 3. Restarted nothing happened.
4.) Enabled and Disabled the settings in Synaptics for 2 finger click.
5.) Noticed new files under the 'TouchPadRMIHID2cTM3336-1', and was able to see the 'TouchPadPS2'. Changed the Value to 2. Restarted it worked.
*Didnt really know when the data was populated. but weirdly it did. See picture below
Thanks for the help Jwes!

Hey, I followed the casacde of actions as mentioned by you and now I can right click by double tap.
I couldn't figure it out either when the folder got populated. Also, it is strange that there weren't files in the first place.
Anyways, thanks.
I couldn't find a solution anywhere but here.
Thanks a lot.
