Strange issue. If I plug USB 3.0 flash drive before switching on my laptop, it works properly as USB 3.0 (super speed), but if I disconnect flash drive and connect it again (when Windows is started already), it works as USB 2.0 (high speed). Windows show message: Device can perform faster when connected to USB 3.0. I got same issue under Windows 10 (with latest updates and drivers) and under Win 8.1 PE. Flash drive works fine with another laptop.

Hi Zheka_! Welcome to Community Forums.
Please check if the Intel(R) USB 3.0 Host Controller Switch Driver is not installed or disabled before plugging the USB 3.0 flash drive in the device manager.
Check and try the following:
1. If a USB hub is being used, remove it and directly plugin the USB 3.0 device to the USB 3.0 port
2. Try a different USB 3.0 port
3. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power." on all USB root hubs under Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
