The downgrade file has been posted earlier in the forum. It is never a good idea to upgrade or downgrade the bios. One error in the process can lead to your computer becoming a large paper weight. Best to leave the bios alone if possible. In this case though, it may be best to downgrade to have a usable laptop again or put Linux on the laptop.

If the bios fails to install properly, the computer will not start up at all. The only option is to get a new motherboard and install it in the laptop or replace the bios chip on the motherboard through sautering a new one the motherboard after removing the old bios chip.

Log into the bios at start up (keep pressing F2 until you get into the Bios). There should be an option to downgrade which is turned off by defualt. Turn it on and try it again. It may not work downgrading. This is another issue with bios updates.

Download one of the previus BIOS provided on his link, then access to the Bios pressing the lenovo button and then find and enable the option who allow you to install previous BIOS.
