Would the cap lock respond when pressed (on/off)?
Try to connect it to an external monitor and see if there would be a display.
While turned off, push the novo button (item 9 page 5) with a pin to turn it on. check if there would be any display and choose BIOS set up.
If going to the BIOS and caps lock is not responding coupled with no display on external monitor then best to call in the store or technical support for needed service.
