I have the same problem on an Ideapad 320 15-IAP (64 bit).
And not only the touchpad, also the USB, VGA and wireless card drivers are missing... Fortunately, Ideapad 110 15-IBR's Win7 drivers for sound and ethernet seemed to work on it, but the others I mentioned, not. Please help!

Laptop came with DOS, so i went ahead and installed a Windows 8 (x86 or 32 Bit), while the laptop was up and running the trackpad and the wireless was not working. I had to use LAN and an external bluetooth mouse. Tried installing the resp. drivers from Lenovo website, however that did not seem to work. Few devices were showing up as not functioning in the device manager. I thought that its due to the Windows 8 and hence went ahead and upgraded to Windows 10 (X86 or 32 Bit). The exact same problem continued. The drivers on the website didn't help. That's when i realized that there were no 32bit drivers for Win 8 or Win 10 for this particular model on the Lenovo website and the drivers i had installed were all the X64 or the 64 Bit variant. Thats when i went ahead and checked the laptop itself and realized that I had installed a 32 bit OS over a x-64 based processor and while that was still supposed to work with certain RAM utilization restrictions ( i could also see that while the box itself had 4 GB of RAM, i could see it showing only 2 GB in the Systems section) , that I assumed was possibly the root cause of all these issues. Realizing that this could be a problem, I went ahead and installed a 64 bit version of Windows 10 and clean reinstalled the laptop. This time everything started working, i didn't even have to install any drivers from the Lenovo site. Even it showed all of my 4 GB of RAM available. Now everything works as expected and no issues noticed with the laptop.

If that was the case there would be no point on asking for Win7 drivers.
The thing is Win10 runs awful on this laptop, cause it's the cheapest actually and therefore is way too slow for Win10

Finally Found a solution to this problem, if your laptop has an AMD CPU all you have to do is install the Chipset drivers for AMD. Use this link to install them
I have Windows 10 64-bit installed and ive been struggling with this for hours. Touchpad is working perfectly now.
