I've just bought an Ideapad 320s-151kb laptop. I want to put in an SSD that I already own (it's a Crucial M500 M.2 2280 480GB Sata III). However, after I plugged it in, the BIOS does not detect the SSD. I've tried all the different options in the BIOS and rebooting but it's never detected. Thinking that the SSD was broken, I plugged it in in an older laptop and I was able to use it fine, so that leaves the Ideapad as the source of the problem.
Is there some sort of whitelist that is blocking my SSD from being able to be used? My BIOS version is InsydeH20 4QCN36WW(V1.06)
Any help would really be appreciated.
