Okay. After much playing around, I finally increased the STAPM limit on the 330S.
In the end I followed void_fastcall's method using Clover at
Adding the code into _PSR method worked for me and doesn't require changing the brightness to activate it.
I set it to 25W and now this little laptop absolutely flies with no throttling. Running cinebench in a loop presents no slowdown after the first run and the temps stabilize a little warm at around 78 degrees. The fan isn't even running full speed, so 30W might even be a possibility.
Congratulations to everyone that's been working to figure this out and unlock the true potential of the 2500U. Now the thing that would make this perfect is a solution that doesn't involve having to boot from USB

As i know, you don't need to insert that code into _PSR method bcz 330s has it's own method to set up stamp value.
Mine 330 runs 80c with 30W while stress test. Btw at temperature below 80c CPU starts to throttle by itself.
I will try to fix that brightness and usb drive issue little bit later.
I heard that Cloever can be installed on hdd, so then you just don't need usb drive.
stackerlon, you need to decompile it with iasl decompiler, edit, and compile it back with iasl

Oddly, I did find what I think was the method on the 330s that sets the standard values. The 3 hex codes matched exactly the values displayed in amduprof, but changing them seemed to have no effect. I might have been doing something wrong and was close to giving up, but after adding the code containing the ALIBs to the _PWR method and tweaking the values to 25W, it worked with no problem.
