Ideapad 330 keys seem locked, touchpad sensitive

Brand new laptop. I have re-booted multiple times. The key pad on the computer seems like the numbers get locked down. I can only use the numbers on the top of the key board. If I try to use the key pad it adds numbers by itself. I also bought a wirless mouse and can not use it, it causes the laptop to flash.  Have had to remove that and the only way to get the laptop to stop is to press escape (for both issues)  And I changed the touch pad sensitivity, but it is still far to sensitive.

Re: Ideapad 330 keys seem locked, touchpad sensitive

Hi petvet!

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you checked if the number keys are stuck? If not, please do a power drain with steps here,

https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/troubleshoot/lpt000352

Go to Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the keyboard easier to use > disable Filter Kes and Sticky keys. Update us the result.

Thank you for responding, those are all disabled.  I am sending the computer back, something is not right with it.
