I have brand new Lenovo ideapad 330s ( Intel i7, inter UHD and AMD Radeon, etc.) running 64bit Windows 10 and Office 2019 Home.
I am using this machine mostly for Excel processing and got an issue on where 2 fingered scrolling on the touchpad in Excel 2019 and the laptop will hangs with grey blocks whenever I use touchpad while this will not happen if I switch to an external mouse. The touchpad works fine on all the other programs.
More specific to this problem, I can get the Excel file to work if I scroll with 2 fingers on the touchpad slowly. If I am scrolling too fast or exceed certain page area in the workbook. Either way, the grey page will turn up and the Excel will freeze, according the activity manager, it's sucking up my resource and CPU power.
I was going to update the touchpad driver but it didn't show what touchpap it's using, but the system said the driver is uptoday.
