What is the function/work of one key battery in bios setup of ideapad 330s ? It is enable , what happens when it is enable or disable? Please help me.

BIOS simulator shows the following information regarding the One Key Battery,

"(Without USB Bootup Support)
When Shutdown, attaching AC or knocking keyboard will trigger showing Battery and AC Information.
(With USB Bootup Support)
When shutdown, attaching AC or knocking keyboard or Attaching USB device into AOU port will trigger showing battery, AC and AOU Information".

In case of such options, I would doubt the claim that it doesn't affect battery life. If it is programmed to show status info upon random button presses when it is turned off it is most likely in some sort of standby mode, so it will actually drain a little more energy. If you are concerned about your battery life, disable this feature.
