New machine bought 4th June 2016. Has been working fine until yesterday. Then "all of a sudden"...
I have done a full Reset several times and problems persist. Has anyone got an idea of what is going on here?

Hi there. I did system recovery several times, but not via the Novo button. I did it via Settings->Recovery->Advanced Startup (Settings->Recovery->Reset this PC would not work. How does using the Novo button compare to these options?
In the end I took the machine back to the shop for a refund.
