Ideapad 510s touchpad problems

Three months ago I've bought new Ideapad 510s. From todays morning I have problems with touchpad. The touchpad has stopped working. Left key worked "normaly" - by presing it I could select icons on the deskopt; righ key run options menu but I couldnt move cursor normaly. In chrome touchpad is working as a scroll, and nothing else is happening. After reinstaling drivers and updating it situation is still the same. For now I have reinstaled drivers and I'm using touchpad withoud update and multitouch options. At the beginnig I thought that it's keyboard shortcut keys but now I have no idea where is a problem. Any help? Sorry for my english...

Hi Swiezaradosc,

 

Welcome to Lenovo Community!

 

As you tried all possible troubleshooting and not found any resolution, As per my suggestion please boot your laptop in safe mode and then try using your touchpad in safe mode, If your touchpad is working in safe mode it means your system have software based issue or driver issue, and If you found same issue on safe mode also it means your system have hardware issue and I always suggest that it is best to carry the machine to a Lenovo Service Centre if one is near to you.  That allows both you and the repair person to be looking at and find out the exact issue.
