Ideapad 520-15IKB (Type 81BF) does not have usb 3.0.
I have Sandisk Ultra USB 3.0 Pendrive.
But When I connect it to any type A Port of laptop it says...(https://drive.google.com/file/d/1SH_6QlHWfJQqVx5QnJ40sFkUAG_v9zL8/view?usp=sharing)
Also I have uploaded Read and Write Speed.
It is clearly 2.0

Your specs show:
One USB 3.0 type c, two USB 3.0

Then why device says plug it in usb 3.0 for faster speed?
To get USB 3 speeds, you need to connect the device to the laptop using a USB3 cable. If you use a USB2 cable, you will be limited to USB2 speeds. Are you using a USB3 cable?

Your Sansdisk pen drive (USB stick) is running at USB 2.0 speeds within a 3.0 port. Have you tried it in all 3 USB ports?
I would make sure your chipset software is up to date.
Also check your BIOS for any config options related to USB ports.
Do you have the 16GB Sansdisk pen drive? Any model number or weblink to place of purchase?

BIOS has no option related to USB other than Always on USB charging, which is disabled.
And I have installed all the latest drivers from lenovo support.
Colors of ports are also not blue (if it matters)

Pendrive works perfectly in my PC.

Ports are not blue; just labeled SS.
You can probably turn off the notification message.
Enjoy your pendrive.

By the way i figured out what was the problem.
It is bit wierd.
You might thought what the hell is this guy telling.
So it depends on how you plug the Pendrive in Port.
1. If you dont plug it in 1 push,it will act as usb 2.0 and notification displays "this devices can perform faster in 3.0"
2. If you plug it in one push it will act like usb 3.0
At first i thought it might random, but it can be simulated everytime.
And Last main thing,
It not only happens with my ideapad,I can create same situation in my PC.
Yes, it is weird.
Pease try this in your PC and
