Ideapad 520-15IKB - electric shocks

My laptop when charging has mild tingling sensation on palmrest and it always had. That's not the problem.

The problem is that from about a week I feel time to time electric shocks on the wrist when I have my hands put on the palmrest. The shocks come from the very border of the palmrest. It's very frustrating. I can't work on my laptop when it's connected to ac adapter. The problem exists when laptop is charging.

It it normal? Can I do something with this? Maybe ac adapter or the laptop is faulty?

PS. I have original 2-prong ac adapter from Lenovo.
