I have an Ideapad 520S. The USB C port has recently stopped working randomly. I have tried different cables. All the drivers and BIOS are up to date. I have done diagnostic scans on the Lenovo support website and they say there is no issue. The other USB ports work fine.
I have now tried changing the selective suspend power options, but no luck. When I plug a device into the port, it just does not recognise anything is connected. The device I want to connect (at the moment) is a Samsung Galaxy phone.
Is there anything else I can try?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If other USB ports work fine, then the USB Type C port on your laptop is defective. We recommend to contact our technical support for repair options, https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/supportphonelist
