It sounds to me like Secure Boot is not being disabled, so try this
On the Security tab, first disable Secure Boot, then continue to scroll down and select Reset to Setup Mode . Upon doing so, you should see the Platform Mode change to "Setup Mode" and the Secure Boot Mode" changes to "Custom"
Exit saving changes and reboot, and see if Secure Boot remains disabled and your Boot Mode becomes available.

I already did that a ton of times, it doesn't work.

I did everything you said and boot mode still is locked... I really don't know what else should I do.
I appreciate your time mate, but nothing works.
Btw, everytime I reboot my PC the secure boot changes to enable again. I don't know if it's normal.

Changing the Sata Controller Mode from RAID/IDE to AHCI solves the problem, Boot Mode is no longer locked.
