Ideapad 530S - Constantly having default gateway unavailable error

Hi all, I recently bought this new laptop less than a month ago. I'm running on Windows 10. Every now and then the WiFi icon on the taskbar will show a yellow warning triangle, saying no internet access. Running windows network diagnostics fixes the problem but that happens again after a while, let's say 5 to 20 minutes.

I've tried 3 different networks and all gave me the same problem, so this is not a problem with my internet.

I've tried uninstalling and updating my network adapter drivers, using network reset, resetting TCP/IP stack, releasing IP, renewing IP, flushing and resetting the DNS client resolver cache. None of those worked.

If it's of any help, here's my network adapter details.

Hi exykai,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Can you try updated driver from Thinkpad E580 -  version 2024.0.5.103

Update us how it goes.

Regards
