i wan to attach a M.2 SSD into my laptop. Im using FLEX 14 2014 indian model laptop. Currently its have 500 GB SSHD hard disk. I want to add an extra 128GB of ssd card for better perfomance. So please let me know how much is maximum supported capacity of M.2 ssd card in my laptop. Please share the specification of supported models (form factor,maximux capacity etc).
My laptop spec
Processor : i3 4010U
OS: Win 10
HDD: 500GB seagate SSHD

Welcome to the Community Forums.
As shown in the specification overview of the hardware manual (page27), the option of adding an m.2 is for data cache up to OEM recommendation of 16GB.
Recommended m.2 NGFF SATA are listed here along with the substitutes (click solid state on commodity type):

From the original specifications , this option is intended as a data cache not as added storage up to 16GB.
It may work with larger capacity or as additional storage theoretically but there may be settings that you need to change if the BIOS allows it. I personally would suggest to test it first with a spare SATA NGFF 2242 before any purchase.
