I was having some issues of my flex 15 running slow so I went to the Windows menu and it brought me to a section with lenovo to Refresh my laptop. It said I would not lose anything. I selected it and it went through the motions. Once it fisnhed it rebooted. I lost a lot of stuff including my Quick books for my business and other files it said would not be harmed. Now it won't even boot properly and if it does every icon I click on freezes up the laptop. I called Lenovos customer non support and for a fee of $199 they will help me. My laptop is still within warranty but apparently it doesn't cover their own "Refresh" help service. Is there anything I can do to get my files back and my computer running like it was before they claimed it would help??
I spent three hours on the phone with "specialists" from all over the Globe when they all failed they landed me at the $199 and we'll help you customer service. I told them I wasn't paying them $199 to fix a problem they created.
Sorry for the ranting but had I known their "fix" would screw up my laptop and lose my files I would have never done it. So much for having faith utilizing their so called fix
