Hey guys, I recently purchased the Lenovo Ideapad Miix 700 and found that whenever I type or use the keyboard, it disables the mouse for around a second (I think it's called palm tracking). On other laptops I've used, I've been able to disable it by accessing the driver or mouse settings. However, with the Miix, there appears to be no option or ability to access options to disable it. I've tried downloading the Elantech Touchpad Driver from Lenovo but it literally did nothing and the only driver that pops up for mice is just 'HID Compliant Mouse'. The suggestion to edit registry entries doesn't work because there seems to be no touchpad mentioned anywhere in the registry.
Does anyone know how I can disable it? It's insanely frustrating to use sometimes, having the mouse constantly freeze.
Edit: Managed to find HID in the registry and it does have Elan related entries in it but not really sure what to do with that
Edit 2: Sorry, I realise I may have posted this in the wrong forum section.
