Ideapad fresh installation of Windows 10 problems

I have purchased a new ideapad 100s and am undertaking the fresh install of Windows 10, the installation gets to the point where it says Hi There and options to change your region, keyboard etc. but there is no cursor to change the settings and you can't continue. I have tried fn with all shortcut keys and everything such as another install but no cursor to do anything. Any ideas?

Hi Mattovstoke and welcome to the community.

I have to say i have only ever seen this happen once before and the only way i got it to work was with the recovery media from Lenovo. Mine was on a Yoga 700.

Have you tried to fresh install a second time? is your unit Touchscreen?

let us know how you get on
