i recently purchased an ideapad 320s from amazon.com. Checking the warranty status I get an incorrect start date.
Following a previous forum post I tried to create a new service case at: http://lenovo.force.com/ServiceCases?lang=en but when i click Save i get an error message "Authorization Required".
Coudl you please advise how to correct the wrong warranty start date?
