Keyboard & trackpad issues after deleting Alps Pointing App file.

Hi I have accidentally Deleted the File called Alps Pointing Application and now I have tried to Reinstall the Chipset Drivers and Mouse & Keyboard Drivers but while installing "Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXEI) Driver " it says "Thr program setup ended prematurely, this platform is not supported", and I have restarted my Lappy many times but nothing is working nor trackpad neither keyboard.

Please HELp HELP!

Re: Keyboard & trackpad issues after deleting Alps Pointing App file.

Hi InvincibleAG,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

May I know what is the exact OS installed on your laptop? Also, did you download the driver from our website and is it the driver for the OS installed on your laptop? Can you give us the exact model number of your laptop so we can further check.

We're looking forwar to your reply.

Regards,
