I bought this ideapad on January 13 last year. It was working perfectly since July 2,2018. But now, the keyboard isn't working properly and inputting random keys.when I start the laptop, then the keyboard looks like normal. But then when I try to type anything, like a document or an URL, then it works strangely. I tried an online keyboard tester to see which keys it presses on its own. That showed me the keyboard was pressing F3,F7, caps lock, num lock, up arrow key, down arrow key, left arrow key, left shift key, "t" key, "y" key, "f" key and enter key of the numeric pad at the same time. If anyone know the solution of thus problem, then please let me know. I can't work on my laptop at all due to defective keyboard.

The only way is to repair your keyboard. It could be a manufacturing defect, so yeah. Bring it to the Lenovo Service Center. Use the warranty of course.

Welcome to the Lenovo Community HonYu !
Also try doing a static discharge. That procedure can be useful at times to correct hardware problems such as you are having. Just do this.....
1. Shut down Windows and unplug the charger / adapter.
2. Press and hold the Power Button for 15 seconds.
3. Plug in the charger / adapter if needed and power up the system to see if the problem was resolved.
