Laptop Lenovo F1 F2 Problem

Helloo..yesterday I updatet windows 10..After that my keyboard stop working..I try to update drivers..I got this problem first "set user settings to driver failed" ..I fix it but now my F1 F2 sometimes work sometimes not..

Hi Shaki! Greetings from Lenovo. Could you try the steps below and check if this will fix the issue?

 

1. Reset BIOS to default and ensure Hot key mode is enabled in the BIOS.

2. Run Lenovo Vantage > Check Updates to ensure all drivers are installed

 

If same problem, check the KB article of the Windows Update that was installed under Programs and Features > View Installed Updates then try uninstalling it. Let us know how it goes. MarkVin_Lenovo
