I would like to know what happened to my laptop screen which turned greenish. I switched on my laptop like any other day and the moment the word "Lenovo" appeared, I sensed something is not right. The word should be in white but it is now in green. I have attached an image of what i am seeing on my screen.
Fortunately, my laptop is still under warranty. But I am not sure how Lenovo is going to help me fix the problem. Does anyone has any idea?
Mod's Edit: Screen image removed as it showed the serial number of your computer. The posting of serial numbers is not permitted for the protection of the owner. If you wish to repost the image, please edit out the serial number. Thanks!

Hi geniusME ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
You may also check if the same greenish image appear on BIOS and on an external display.
This way we can isolate if the issue is with the drivers or the hadware itself.
In the event that there is a hardware failure , testing would be further conducted and stress test to rule out the cause and likewise provide needed fix by the technical engineering team.
Hope this help answer your query.
Update us how it goes.

Hi geniusME ,
It is good that service was processed for you since most likely the graphic card chip on the systemboard would need qualifying test along with the heating mechanism if correlated to the issue.
Thank you for the update.
