I send my computer 2 times to technical service they only said "no hardware problem". I ran battery gauge reset many times but it still not solved.

Is the issue that the battery drops to a low % quickly then back up again?
Does this happen when you do something with the unit, touch it somewhere, moving the unit, moving the charger cable, etc...?

No it does not
It happens every time when i use it with the battery even not running any program

It seems like most if not all 700-15ISK's have this problem. It's hardware related.
It's either the faulty battery or power/charging circuits in the motherboard.
Here I've shown all the problems caused by the battery:
(keyboard missing keystrokes, touchpad freezes and lags, battery status spikes)
