My Lenovo Edge 15 is roughly two years old and the keyboard and mousepad are becoming unusable. Keys are falling off and some of them are unresponsive. Also, the backlit functionality no longer works.
Does anyone else have a similar experience with the Edge 15 input hardware? This is incredibly frustrating... The product is no longer under warrenty but I was hoping Lenovo could do something for me. I searched the site and have only found a place to leave "feedback". Is there a number I can call to complain?

Just my own experience but consumer laptops these days don't have durable keyboards or touchpads. Especially the backlit ones which in my experience have also been fragile and stop working. If you do a lot of typing or work on a laptop. Make sure to buy a professional line of laptop. You can probably replace the keyboard and touchpad yourself and save money and still manage to get some life out of that laptop.
