So I recently got my Edge 15 back from service after the power button quit working, and now my touch screen doesn't work and doesn't seem to exist on the laptop anymore. It's not listed in device manager and settings say my screen is now not compatible with touch. Anyone have a solution?

Welcome to the Forums Chase.
1.Press Windows + X
2. Select Device Manager.
3. Find the Touch screen driver under Mice and Other Pointing Devices > USB Touchscreen Controller (A111). You're going to uninstall this and check the box that says "Delete the driver software for this device".
4. Restart your computer.
5. Re-open the Device Manager, and confirm that the Touchscreen is now listed under Human Interface Devices. Your issue should be resolved!
Update us how it goes.

Hello, I am having the same issue. But in my case, I have followed your suggestions and it shows that my touch screen is now listed under Human Interface Devices. Touch Screen.
Is there a driver, that I am missing?
I have had to reload my OS, and there have been two maybe three drivers, that i haven't been able to reload, because of some error says I have to elevate download, I am just at a total loss.
