HELP. My keyboard and touchpad stopped working. Laptop is brand new. I checked Control Panel > Device Manager and system says both of them are working fine. Drivers are also updated.
I`m typing with an external keyboard and mouse. Touchscreen and touch-keyboard work both fine.
Is there anything I can check in the OS to verify what is going on? Maybe I turned off something. It's a mistery, laptop is brand new.

Found the solution (customer support gave it to me):
Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and turn the laptop back on. The keyboard and touchpad worked again.
