Hello, I just literally an hour ago purchased my Flex 2-15, and when I came home and tried to put in ANY of my USB mouses, the USB plug simply didn't fit it any USB 2.0 or 3.0 slot. I've looked online, and it seems that it has the average USB slot and nobody had this problem before? Should I return it, or?

Welcome to the Forums.
Can you try the following:
1. Turn off the machine, press the Novo button and select System Recovery.
2. On the System Recovery menu, plug in the mouse and observe if it's worknig.
If the mouse is working, I recommend you proceed with the factory restore. Otherwise, if the mouse is still not working in the recovery environment then there's likely a problem with the USB port(s) and I recommend you contact lenovo (for service) or the place of purchase (if it's still possible to exchange the unit).
