Clearly complaints and remedies are falling on deaf ears at Lenovo which created a lot of angry customers based on the plethora of Internet posts out there regardinv battery/charging/power issues; I'm one of them with my Flex 3 1130.
I was hoping after removing the battery it would run off the power cord long enough to trouble shoot and grab some files...but NOPE. It turns on for 3-5 minutes and goes black.
Their stupid diagnostic tool is useless too; it never detected this issue. They clipped me once for a few bucks, but they lost me forever as a customer.
