I have a Lenovo Flex 4 1580, I have enclosed a screen shot, it is "Plugged in and not charging" ? How do I fix this? I tried restoring to a recover point, a full system wipe and reinstalling windows, but so far nothing has worked.
What do I do?

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
If this persists after a factory reset, then this will be indicating a hardware issue.
I would recommend that you try some of the following:
Try a static discharge for this, it may help to resolve the issue or at least get rid of any built up static on the motherboard.
(If the battery is internal, please just skip the remove/replace battery steps.)
1. Turn the unit off
2. Remove the battery and the Mains adapter
3. Press and hold the front power button for 30 seconds
4. Replace the battery and the Mains adapter
5. Turn the unit on as normal
If this does not help, then it is possible that there will be an issue with the charger or the battery, I would recommend that you try and get replacement parts for each and see if that is able to help at all.
Firs try the charger, if a new charger does not work, then will likely be a battery issue.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.

This seems to be the same problem many of us are experiencing on a different thread, with absolutely no guidance from Lenovo!
Come on Lenovo, this is not a hardware issue. It's too coincedental that it occurred around a Windows 10 update!

I'm not sure what else you can try to get it to boot. If you really need the file, you could probably take it somewhere like maybe Best Buy geek squad. Someone can remove the hard drive and hook it up to another computer to retrieve your files.
Good luck. I ended up buying a new laptop.
