Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15isk boot issue

I purchased an ideapad for school. Everything was great now I'm having an issue with the laptop not wanting to boot and freeze randomly. It sits in the Lenovo screen with the circle just spinning.... Any suggestions as to o what to do?

Re: Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15isk boot issue

Hi Angelicalice ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can try turn off initially and press down the power button down for 12 seconds and release.
While off use the Novo button (item 3 page68) to turn on  and choose  Normal set up.
If you have the same freezing on start up , turn on and off for 2-3 series until the advance boot option shows up.
Manually turn off soon as the machine feels like booting to Windows and turn back on again .
Advance boot would offer different repair options . Take note that sytem recovery or factory image would result in data lost.
Call in technical support specially if you hear ticking inside or probable hardware issue available for you 24/7.
