I have a problem with my new Ideapad 100-15IBD that I received today.
Wireless or Ethernet connection is horribly slow - I have 50Mb/s connection and laptop is using 4-5Mb/s max (just to mention even Chrome download takes about an hour with this connection speed/quality). I have it with W10, but also formatted and installed W7 to check, if maybe it's faulty Realtek drivers (I tried both from Lenovo Support website and Realtek ones). On both versions of Windows the problem occurs. I am now back to W10, so it's as fresh as it gets.
I tried different settings of Network Card, tried looking through forums about similar problems, but can't find anything, so I was wondering if anyone, preferably Support Team, has any tips or ideas why it's like this.
The Network adapters I see are:
Bluetooth devices x2 (not important for me at this point I believe)
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller (tried meddling with this one, now working on default as it's fresh installation)
Realted RTL8723BE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC
I of course got it from retail, it's brand new, so I do not see how it could be broken already (talking about network adapter), so I thought that it's maybe software problem?
Also - I noticed it's working even worse on 802.11n only than mixed.
Thanks for any tips,
PS. Sorry for my English, I'm not native speaker (Polish).
