recently my dad gave me his Lenovo Ideapad 100 (15iby) it comes pre-installed with windows 8.1 and i want to perform a clean install of windows 10 32-bit (or windows 7 32-bit) on this machine is it possible to perform a clean install without all the pre-installed apps?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Installing a new OS is possible on this machine but doing this would require you to purchase a new product key.
Clean installs would remove your One Key Recovery feature along with the native drivers that would be prerequisites for other hotkeys.
I would suggest that you grab another harddrive and check if you are satisfied with the changes checking further for device features and keys that may not be working to be on the safe side . It would also be wise to check your options on restoring back your licensed OEM image for future need.
