Hi, I have had my Lenovo Ideapad 100s-14IBR for just over a year now. I had a few issues during this time such as the screen goes black and a battery issue. I sent the laptop back for repairs which were done. A problem though was they sent it back now and wifi was not working. Once in a while, it would let me connect to a connection but it the signal would be one bar or it won't connect. Usually, it says no available connections (wifi symbol dark grey with red cross). This has been like this nearly for 5 months and I've had enough. I've tried updating drivers etc but nothing works. I troubleshoot problems and it says "problem with wireless adapter or access point." This laptop is on windows 10.
