I ordered this laptop a few months ago from Amazon and from the start it had some malfunctions like mouse glitches and speaker glitches while playing sound. I said ok I can live with that. Then progressively it started to get slower, then a few days ago the screen would suddenly turn black, so I would have to force shut down. And restarting has a 30% chance of success, if it doesn't freeze mid start-up. McAfee is newly installed and always scanning for viruses, but I can't do a full scan now without the laptop freezing and quiting. I don't know if it's a problem from windows 10 or the laptop. Maybe both. Can someone please help and advise what to do. Thank you.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would suggest that you take the time to back up your data.
Then proceed running diagnostics.
If there are related freezing while running the test, then try narrowing it to individual test instead.
Contact technical support as they would be able to recommended you further on services you can avail with your warranty coverage.

Thanks for your reply. I managed to reset the laptop and restore it to original settings but it is still malfuncioning. I live in Canada but I got the laptop through amazon in the US. My question is will the waranty be valid in Canada or is it only valid in country of purchase? Also where can I go from here? Thanks again for your help spidey101.
