Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ISK Windows 10 doesn't see a disk

Hello,

yesterday I've bought a laptop Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ISK however, i'm not able to properly install Windows 10.

  • I've burned Windows on USB stick using Windows Media Creation tool.
  • I've launched installation on my new laptop and actually everything was OK.
  • After reset (after 1st part of the installation), I've received the blue screen with an error "inaccessible boot device".
  • I've tried to do it few times, but nothing helped (e.x. I used GPT, EFI, disabled hot-keys, disabled secure boot, disabled fast boot).

Hardware is definitely OK (I installed later Ubuntu and it works perfectly). Probably sth is wrong with Windows drivers to this disk (ADATA SU800 SATA). How can I install Windows 10?

Re: Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ISK Windows 10 doesn't see a disk

Hi jcuryllo ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Have you tried installing from a different USB port (ver 2.0) or an external DVD?

You may try creating UEFI boot Windows 10 install media (option two) and set BIOS all on its default back first.

Boot mode to UEFI ,USB boot enabled, secure boot disabled .

OS optimized enabled to Win10 on exit tab and save and exit.

With the usb installer on a USB port 2.0  turn off and use the novo button to power on.

Choose boot menu for the USB and see how it goes.

Update us how it goes.

Regards
