So my new laptop's Charger's melted down or something. I ordered a replacement of it as it was in warrenty and the laptop was just 4-5 days old.

So as the screenshot says the part is delivered, i havn't recived it. so why does it says its delivered?
Can anyone help me out here?
I am looking for a full refund for a laptop because they delivered a broken laotp or filing a case in a court for this as it is clearly fraud at lenevo end's.

I think the best thing to do would be to get back in touch with your local Lenovo support line, and request a confirmation from then of this and see if they are able to confirm this for you at all, and possibly even see where it may have went wrong.
