Re: Lenovo Ideapad 320

Hi MarkD3,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you have any important data in the machine needed to back up?

It would appear that Windows cannot build the user account. It may be better is you try to create another user account like a local administrator account to boot from and compare.

Update us how it goes.

Regards

Re: Lenovo Ideapad 320

Hi MarkD3,

Did you recently recieve any new Windows update.

What you can do is to go on safe mode with networking

Check if you machine have recently had updates checking with the windows update date.

Uninstall previous updates by thr right click option.

Try to read this reference to check if you are also affected.

Re: Lenovo Ideapad 320

Hi MarkD3,

Greetings.

You can check back the other updates similar to the dates before the issue happened so you can get to decide on uninstalling it.

Going to the device manager, you can check your video driver and right click for option to rollback drivers if same black screen appears on another user administrator account.

Regards.
