Lenovo Ideapad 330 Synaptics Touchpad Driver

I installed a precision touchpad driver and it seems to work. However, if I have down motion scrolls down on, the scrolling is jumpy and jerks around. If I have up motion scrolls down, this problem isn't present and the scrolling is smooth. How would I fix the scrolling because I don't like scrolling the other way? Please help!

I advised you to upgrade online in lenovo vantage, or search for the latest touchpad driver on lenovo's official website

I tried that and it just says I'm already on the newest version.

Maybe your driver is not compatible with the hardware. Is the precision touchpad driver downloaded from lenovo's official website？

The driver was downloaded directly from my products page on lenovo.com.

I did manage to find a solution though. I tried using this post to solve my problem: https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/aft1cn/got_precison_touchpad_working_again_1803_x360_and...

but it didn't' work.

So I went back to an older version of Windows and my touchpad worked perfectly. I also used the Group Policy Editor to make sure Windows doesn't install drivers for it.

ok thanks，what`s your OS version of you NB? because,the latest driver only support to 19H1(18063) or later.you can do it to check OS version：
1.win+r
2.run "msinfo32",and then,check the "version"

The version is 10.0.18362 Build 18362
