I bought a Lenovo Ideapad 330s 81F400GLIN i3-4GB 14 inch laptop 2 days ago. While browsing, the screens are freezing and there are lagging when I try to swap between multiple Window explorers. What should I do? Will upgrading its RAM work? If yes, What is the max that I can upgrade?
Note: There are no softwares installed. Its brand new. Using Mozilla as it consumes less resources compared to Chrome.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Upgrading current on board 4GB ram would surely help with the browsing and multi tab performance of your daily task. Maximum ram for your model is 12 GB. So adding an 8GB DDR4 RAM on the available slot would make it better.
12GB max / 2133MHz or 2400MHz DDR4, 4GB soldered to systemboard,
one DDR4 SO-DIMM socket, dual-channel capable
I hope this helps answer your query.
