That driver version number(20.19.15.4380) is not shown on the Intel driver download website. But, if you run the Intel Driver Update Utility http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html?iid=dc_iduu and then download the latest version shown which is 15.40.18.4380 , it actually installs the 20.19.15.4380 version which shows a driver date of 02/02/2016 on my computer, not the 03/08/2016 date on Intel's website.
