Lenovo Ideapad Flex 14´´ Keys not working

Hello,

I have had the laptop for nearly a year, still under warranty and, today, some keys stopped working on the keyboard, more concretly: 5 6 F1 F2 ? '  and CTRL (LEFT) keys (written with the touchscreen).

The last time it worked I was using it in class taking some notes and those aforementioned keys were working. Once I finished, packed the laptop into the cover, and into the bag. ten minutes later I took it out in the library and they did not work.

No water spilling had occurred (it was dry and the bag was dry too). And also there were no hits to the terminal. They just seemed to stop working, the pressure input feels pretty the same, so they are not stuck by any material underneath.

I tried reinstalling the drives (through the hardware management), checked all options in keyboard assesment....tried with safe mode, still do not work. Smiley Sad

Could it be some defect and should call for a replacement?

Thanks beforehand.
