Lenovo Ideapad Flex 2-15 restore to factory settings

Hi there,

About 2 weeks ago I purchased this Lenovo in Romania which came with preinstaled windows 8(.1) license. However, the system run very slowly so I erased the harddrive, completley and installed a clean new 8.1 operating system using an original ms dvd but the system even after had all it's drivers installed was still very laggy compared to an old laptop of mine which run on a i2310m cpu. So I had it returned but the online site tolled me that I scratched the lcd cover(which I didnt) and asked me for 100euros and another 50 euros to restore to factory settings. Now, I asked them to return the laptop to restore the harddrive to original Lenovo settings but I cant find any source to do that on my own. I received no cd/dvd to the laptop.

Please, any help would be apreciated.

It's a i7-4510U. Well, here is the thing. 50Euros is quite a lot in Romania(20% of my salary) and was hoping to find source to download the recovery media and make the restore myself.
