I have a 100S-14IBR and a few days ago I realized that the keys with the interrogation function do not work, both keys do not work when before they worked, I would like to know some solution, thank you.

Try using this keyboard tester to check the keys themselves. http://www.keyboardtester.com/tester.html
Just need to go on the link then tap each key and it will detect if its working or not.
