Hi, I am aware that my ideapad has m.2 slot which is can be utilized by plug and play.
Motherboard : LNVNB161216
Just want to be assured, can my laptop, specific this model support
: ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 256GB PCIe Gen3x4 M.2 2280 SOLID STATE DRIVE
Some said it depends as some motherboard supports 3.0x2 and some supports 3.0x4
Also, which key can be used in this laptop? The B key with 6pins or M Key with 5pins? Which key is recommended for this laptop?
Your help is much appreaciated.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
Recommended OEM SSD are those certified to work for your model as shown here (Parts lookup Configiration> Compatible> Commodity list> Solid state drives).
M.2 NVMe SSD x2 and x 4 are shown on compatible parts, notice how some of the offered compatible part are dual keyed B + M . It is however the M keyed m.2 NVMe PCIe X4 that is recommended for this machine model 81FK0056MJ not the m.2 SATA.
ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO should work ok but I always suggest checking return options when buying third party parts outside OEM list just in case.
I hope this helps answer your query.
